Sometimes you just need space.

Leadership can be busy.

There are decisions to make, people who need you, deadlines to meet and a seemingly endless list of things competing for your attention.

And somewhere in amongst all of that, it's easy to stop making space for yourself.

The Leadership Reset is your invitation to step out of the noise for an hour.

To pause.

To think.

To have conversations that go beyond the to-do list.

And to reconnect with how you are doing — not just everything you're responsible for.

There are various stationery items on the desk, including washi tape, paper clips, and a glass of water. The background includes a window with natural light and a green plant.

What to expect

Each Leadership Reset explores a different theme connected to leadership, work and life.

There's a little coaching, time for reflection, practical ideas to take away and plenty of conversation with other women who understand the realities of working in and around sport.

You don't need to prepare.

You don't need to have the answers.

And you definitely don't need to perform.

Just turn up as you are.

And because leadership isn't only about work, we usually finish with one very important question:

What are you going to do for fun?
