Helping women in sport lead without losing themselves.

Peak Minds creates safe, supportive spaces where women working in and around sport can pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves. Through community, conversation and self-leadership, we help women lead in a way that feels authentic, sustainable and true to who they are.

Pause

Create intentional space away from the demands of everyday leadership.

Reflect

Explore meaningful topics that help you better understand yourself, your leadership and your next steps.

Connect

Share experiences, build genuine relationships and realise you don't have to navigate leadership alone.

Why Peak Minds?

Women in sport spend so much of their time supporting others. They lead teams, deliver projects, coach athletes, influence change and often balance the demands of work, family and everyday life.

Somewhere along the way, many stop making space for themselves.

Peak Minds was created because leadership shouldn't come at the expense of your wellbeing, confidence or identity.

We believe the strongest leadership begins with self-leadership—taking the time to pause, reflect and reconnect with who you are, how you want to lead and what matters most to you...

I didn't set out to become a Leadership Coach.

For more than 25 years, I built my career in the corporate world, working across organisations, industries and sectors, navigating change, responsibility, ambition and all the things that come with building a successful career.

I knew how to get things done. I knew how to perform under pressure. And, like many women, I became very good at carrying a lot.

Then life started asking different questions.

Menopause, burnout and my own personal transformation made me look much more closely at success, identity and what it actually means to thrive — not just perform.

I became fascinated by the mind: the beliefs we carry, the patterns we repeat, the stories we tell ourselves and how much can change when we understand what's happening beneath the surface.

That journey eventually led me to coaching and Intuitive Psychology — and changed the way I thought about leadership completely.

Then there's sport.

I've always loved it.

Not only the competition, but the psychology behind it. I'm fascinated by the mind of an athlete, what allows someone to perform when the pressure is on, recover when things don't go to plan, trust themselves and keep going.

And increasingly, I've become interested in the women around sport too.

The women competing. Coaching. Leading. Making decisions. Building organisations. Creating change.

And the women who should have every opportunity to reach the very top.

That's where Peak Minds began to make sense.

It brings together the different parts of my world: 25+ years of organisational experience, coaching and psychology, personal transformation, my love of sport and my belief in the potential of women.

I don't believe great leadership comes from learning to look or sound like somebody else's version of a leader.

I believe it starts with knowing yourself.

Understanding what drives you. Trusting your judgement. Finding your voice. Knowing what matters to you. And having the confidence to lead from there.

That's the work I now get to do through Peak Minds.

And I absolutely love it.

Because sometimes the biggest transformation isn't becoming someone new.

It's finally giving yourself permission to become more of who you already are.

Make space for a monthly reset

Leadership can be busy. Sometimes you need somewhere to step away from the noise, take a breath and think about you for a change.

The Monthly Leadership Reset is a free online session for women working in and around sport.

Each month we explore a different theme through coaching, reflection and honest conversation — with space to connect with other women who understand the realities of leading in sport.

Come once when you need it, or make it part of your monthly routine.
